Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a technology that allows customers to make secure private network connections over a public network. Through BTCL's VPN service, ISP / IIG operators can provide high-speed data-internet services to remote areas at the lowest prices, various corporate entities can do video conferencing at minimum latency within their branch offices and various organisations including banks can use this service to establish secure communication between their data center and branch offices.

Layer 2 VPN (L2VPN) is a type of Virtual Private Network (VPN) that uses MPLS labels to transport data. It is a method that Internet service providers use to segregate their network for their customers, to allow them to transmit data over an IP network.


Layer 3 VPN Connection

Layer 3 VPN (L3VPN) is a type of VPN mode that is built and delivered on OSI layer-3 networking technologies. The entire communication from the core VPN infrastructure is forwarded using layer 3 virtual routing and forwarding techniques.
